Her mission is rooted in her personal journey and unwavering commitment to excellence.

Shelbey’s passion for dentistry began in 2009 when she enrolled in the Dental Assistant ROP program during her senior year of high school. Over the years, she gained hands-on experience working in every position within a dental office—from clinical roles to front office, treatment coordination, and operations management. This comprehensive knowledge gave her invaluable insights into the challenges and opportunities within dental practices and fueled her desire to make a lasting impact in the industry.

In 2019, Shelbey founded Arevalo Elite Services with a vision to empower dental practices nationwide. She aimed to help practices optimize their financial performance, enhance operational efficiency, and achieve sustainable growth. This vision reflects her dedication to the dental community and her passion for helping others succeed.
